Overview
At Kantoko, we value your privacy and believe you should have full control over your data. If you decide to stop using Kantoko, you can request that your account and associated data be permanently deleted. This document outlines how to request deletion, what happens to your data, and what you can expect during the process.
Requesting Account Deletion
To request deletion of your account, please contact our Support Team using one of the following methods:

Please include the following details in your request:
- The email address associated with your Kantoko account.
- A brief confirmation that you wish to permanently delete your account.
- (Optional) The reason for your request — this helps us improve our service.
Security Note: For your protection, we can only process deletion requests that come from the email address registered with your account — or if you provide that registered email address clearly in the body of your account deletion request.
What Happens After You Request Deletion
Once we verify your identity, the following will occur:
- Account Deactivation: Your account will be locked and archived immediately to prevent further access or changes.
- Data Deletion: All personal information, account data, and user-generated content will be permanently removed from our systems within 30 days (unless retention is required by law or for security auditing).
- Confirmation: You’ll receive a final confirmation email once the deletion process is complete.
Important Notes
- Irreversible: Once your account is deleted, it cannot be recovered.
- Legal & Compliance: Kantoko retains minimal records necessary to comply with legal obligations, which are securely archived and inaccessible for standard use.
