How do I book an appointment?

• Before we can book you an Appointment you need to have completed these items for your account on your Kantoko Dashboard.

Medicare Details and Address - You can update these here:

Complete Pre-Appointment Assessments - Under the assessment tab on your Kantoko Dashboard. https://app.kantoko.com.au/assessments/

Referral - We need a valid referral from your doctor for a Psychiatrist at Kantoko Health.

Share these details with your Gp https://www.kantoko.com.au/referral

Once these items are completed then we can look at booking your Appointment. We will send you a schedule to see if you are available. Once you have agreed to the offered time and day.

We then send you a invite with a payment link. You must pay this before your appointment.

Once paid your appointment is booked, it will show up on your Dashboard under the appointment tab.
