How to Find Your Conversation History

  1. Log in to your Kantoko Dashboard.

  1. Click on the “Settings” tab located on the top navigation bar.

  1. Scroll down to the “Notifications” section and click on it.

  1. In the Notifications section, you can choose to receive notifications via Email, SMS, or both.

  1. To find your past conversations with Kantoko Support, use the search bar within your email or SMS inbox, and search for “Kantoko Support” to locate any communication from Kantoko.

This is where you can view your conversations with Kantoko’s support team by searching your emails or text messages for previous interactions.
