• New South Wales (NSW): 2 - 3 weeks

• Victoria (VIC): 1 - 3 weeks

• Queensland (QLD): 2 - 3 weeks

• Tasmania (TAS): 0 - 2 weeks

• South Australia (SA): Limited number of appointments

• Australian Capital Territory (ACT): 3 - 4 weeks
