Why Can’t I Get My Forms Filled Out?

Please note that our doctors do not fill out forms for patients. These forms can be filled out by your regular GP, who is best suited to handle such requests. They can also use the letter provided by Kantoko to assist them with this.

Our clinic specializes in ADHD care, and our doctors follow a highly structured, time-sensitive schedule to ensure every patient receives the full attention they need during appointments. Issuing medical certificates or filling out forms would take away from this focus, as it involves additional administrative work that could impact the efficiency of our services.
