Kantoko customers pay a monthly fee for ongoing and long-term access to the Kantoko platform, including appointments, requests and other features available on the platform.
The frequency of your appointments will depend on your individual clinical needs. Follow up appointments are booked based on clinical need, and monthly fees do not mean monthly appointments.
Early in treatment
When you’re first starting with Kantoko, appointments may be more frequent to support assessment, treatment planning, and medication titration.
Once treatment is stable
After your treatment plan is established, appointments are typically less frequent and scheduled based on clinical need. Some months may not require an appointment at all.
