If you can’t log in to the Kantoko platform, work through these steps in order.
1) Check Your Details
- Make sure you’re using the correct email/username and password.
- Remove any extra spaces and check capitalisation.
2) Pause and retry
- If a login fails, wait 5 minutes before trying again.
- Several failed attempts in a short time may temporarily lock your account.
3) Reset your password (if it still fails)
- Go to the login page.
- Select Forgot password.
- Follow the email instructions to set a new password.
- Check your Spam/Junk folder if the email doesn’t arrive within a few minutes.
4) Still stuck?
Email support@kantoko.com.au and include:
- The email you use for your account
- A brief description of the issue
- Screenshots of any error messages (if possible)
Please note that in order to protect the security of our customers' accounts, if you ask us to reset any account settings (such as removing your multi-factor authentication), we may give you a call to verify your identity.
