Kantoko subscriptions are designed to support continuity of care and clinician availability. Cancellation fees may apply depending on when your subscription is cancelled.
Cancellation fees
The following cancellation fees apply based on how long you have been subscribed:
- Before 6 months: $800
- After 6 months but before 12 months: $400
- After 12 months: $0
After completing the initial 12-month period, your subscription continues on a flexible month-to-month basis and can be cancelled at any time with no cancellation fee.
Waiver of cancellation fees
In some circumstances, cancellation fees may be waived at our team’s discretion.
Examples where a waiver may be considered include:
If your matched clinician is no longer able to continue your care and we are unable to transition you to another clinician within a reasonable timeframe
If Kantoko experiences prolonged service unavailability or technical issues that prevent you from accessing the service as intended
If your clinical needs change and/or exceed what Kantoko can safely manage as a specialty telehealth-first ADHD clinic, and we are unable to continue providing appropriate care
All waiver requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
When cancellation fees are not waived
Cancellation fees will not be waived for a change of mind.
If you choose to cancel because you no longer wish to continue, no longer feel you need the service, or for reasons unrelated to service quality, the applicable cancellation fee will apply.
