After your initial 12 months with Kantoko, you can continue your care on a flexible month-to-month plan.
There are no lock-in contracts, and you’ll continue to have access to Kantoko’s services, including:
Ongoing clinical oversight
Medication reviews and any required dose adjustments
Access to the Kantoko platform
Asynchronous requests (such as medication refills and travel letters)
Resources and support from the Kantoko team
Cancelling after 12 months
You can cancel your subscription at any time after the initial 12-month period.
If you cancel:
You’ll lose access to the Kantoko platform and its features
Your ongoing care with Kantoko will end
If you choose to return in the future, you may need to complete parts of the onboarding process again (such as blood tests or an ECG) to ensure we have up-to-date information to safely continue your care.
