Kantoko looks after your ADHD. Your GP looks after the rest of your health. We keep your GP in the loop throughout your care so the people treating you are working from the same information.
Nominating your GP
Nominate a GP or GP clinic that you've visited in person directly through the Kantoko mobile app.
Having a regular GP who knows your history and can see you in person is part of safe ADHD care.
GP clinics that are 100% telehealth don't count, because we require you to nominate a GP or clinic that can see you face to face.
What we share with your GP
- When you start: we let your nominated GP clinic know you’re seeing us. If you didn’t come with a referral, we also ask them for a GP Health Summary. More on that here.
During your care: we send your GP regular letters to keep them updated on your care and ongoing treatment, including your diagnosis, treatment plan and any other key changes.
We only share what’s relevant to your care, and we handle your information in line with our Privacy Policy.
Changing your GP
Moved, or seeing someone new? Update your nominated GP in your Kantoko account. Remember it needs to be a clinic you’ve been to in person.
No regular GP? Find one near you.
Plenty of people don’t have a regular GP. Book in at a clinic near you. Once you’ve been, nominate them in the Kantoko mobile app.
