Kantoko can provide a limited range of letters and forms that relate directly to your treatment.
Some documents are automatically available in your account. For other requests, our team can review what’s possible and let you know next steps.
GP letters
We automatically provide letters to your regular GP to keep them informed about your care.
GP letters are updated at key stages of your treatment
They form part of your clinical record
You can view or download these letters by logging into your Kantoko account
Note:
While we don’t usually provide separate confirmation of diagnosis letters, your GP letters include the relevant clinical information and can often be used in place of a diagnosis confirmation.
Travel letters (international travel only)
If you are travelling overseas and require a travel letter to confirm prescribed medication or ongoing treatment, you can request this through the Kantoko platform.
Requests must be submitted via your Kantoko account
Your clinician will review the request and prepare the letter where appropriate
Please allow 7–10 business days for processing
(Travel letters are not required for travel within Australia.)
Letters we don’t provide
Some requests fall outside the scope of what Kantoko clinicians can prepare.
We cannot provide letters that include medical opinions, diagnostic statements beyond your active care, or documents used for legal, workplace, insurance, or administrative purposes.
Specifically, we do not prepare:
Legal or court documents
Letters submitted as evidence in legal proceedings
Custom letters for third parties (e.g. lawyers, tribunals, or agencies)
Workplace or employer letters (including HR or manager requests)

Insurance-related forms
Medical opinions or assessments outside your current treatment plan
Confirmation of diagnosis letters beyond what’s included in your GP summary
