❗️Important: As your stimulant medication is a Schedule 8 (controlled) medicine under Australian law, there are strict requirements around prescribing and replacement. Early replacements are usually not possible and must be assessed carefully in accordance with regulatory guidelines.
What to do
Please follow these steps as soon as possible:
- Report the incident to police.
- Obtain a police event number or report confirmation.
- Upload the police report confirmation to the Documents section of your Kantoko profile.
- Submit a Medication Refill request via your Kantoko profile. In the Additional Information field, provide a brief summary of the situation for your clinician.
What happens next
Once your documentation has been received and your medication refill request submitted, your clinician will review the situation and determine whether a replacement prescription is appropriate.
