The Kantoko mobile app helps you manage key parts of your ADHD care from your phone.
You can use the app to view appointments, join eligible video consultations, complete check-ins, view medication information, read messages and notifications, and manage your account settings.
Download the app
You can download the Kantoko mobile app for iOS and Android.
Once downloaded, open the app and log in using the email address and password linked to your Kantoko account.
What you can do in the app
In the Kantoko app, you can:
- View upcoming and past appointments
- Join eligible video appointments
- Complete pre-visit check-ins when required
- View current and past medication information
- Read inbox notifications and messages
- Update your profile and contact details
- Change your password
- Manage notification preferences
- Enable biometric app lock, if supported by your device
- Update your timezone
- Access help, terms, and privacy information
Some parts of your care may open securely inside the app using Kantoko’s web experience. This may include booking appointments, managing billing, viewing medical records, requesting prescription repeats, and updating Medicare or Regular GP details.
Logging in
To log in:
- Open the Kantoko mobile app.
- Enter the email address linked to your Kantoko account.
- Enter your password.
- Tap Log in.
You can tap the eye icon in the password field to show or hide your password.
Forgot your password?
Tap Forgot password? on the login screen and follow the prompts to reset your password.
