How much does Kantoko cost?
Kantoko offers a monthly subscription for ADHD assessment and ongoing care.
- First month: $200
- Ongoing subscription: $100 per month
- Total for the first 12 months: $1,300
Your subscription includes:
- Your initial ADHD assessment
- Up to 6 standard follow-up appointments every 12 months
- Ongoing care and support from your Kantoko care team
- Access to prescription refill requests, health records and our platform
Medication costs, external GP appointments and medical tests are not included. Additional appointment fees may apply.

Is there a minimum subscription period?
Kantoko is designed for long-term ADHD care, with an initial 12-month subscription commitment.
Your care doesn't end after 12 months. Many patients continue with Kantoko beyond their first year for ongoing treatment, medication management and support.
After your first 12 months, your subscription automatically continues at $100 per month, with the same access to ongoing care and included services. There is no need to subscribe again.
What if I cancel within the first 12 months?
An $800 onboarding fee applies when you join Kantoko, but it isn't charged upfront. This fee is waived after 12 consecutive monthly payments.
If you cancel earlier, the following fees apply:
- Within the first 6 months: $800
- After 6 months but before 12 months: $400
- After 12 months: No onboarding fee
If your assessment does not lead to ongoing care with Kantoko, your subscription will be cancelled and the onboarding fee waived.
Once you've completed your first 12 months, you can cancel your subscription without an onboarding fee, subject to the applicable cancellation notice requirements.
