From 6 August 2026, we're introducing updated fees for a small number of additional services. The subscription fee will stay the same - the change impacts a small group and, for most patients, nothing changes.
Your Appointments
We’re introducing more structure around appointments - from assessment to ongoing care. Here’s how that looks:
- In your first year - assessment and up to 6 standard appointments (15 minutes each)
- For every year after that - up to 6 standard appointments each year
For most patients, this is the natural rhythm of appointments. Additional and extended appointments are still available for $99 each.

Note: Standard follow up appointments are 15 minutes. Extended appointments count as two slots - $99 on top of your standard appointment, or $198 if you have no remaining appointments for the year.
Other Fees
We're also updating the fees for the following:
- Missing a standard appointment ($99) - if you miss or reschedule within 24 hours of a scheduled standard appointment
- Missing an extended appointment ($198) - if you miss or reschedule within 24 hours of a scheduled extended appointment
- Complete medical records ($99) - if you request a full copy of your medical records in addition to what you can already download instantly from your Kantoko profile
- Psychiatrist endorsement ($198) - if you’re being discharged and, in addition to a standard discharge letter, you’re requesting a psychiatrist endorsement letter for your regular GP to continue prescribing
When do these new changes apply?
These changes apply after 6 August 2026.
If you already have an additional or extended appointment that was booked with Kantoko prior to 6 August 2026, then the new fees won’t apply to you.
