The Kantoko mobile app lets you view your upcoming appointments and join video appointments from your phone.
How do I log in?
Download the Kantoko app from the App Store or Google Play Store.
Log in using the same email address you use for your Kantoko account.
How do I view my appointments?
After logging in, you will be able to see your upcoming appointments in the app.
Tap an appointment to view the details.
How do I join a video appointment?
When it is time for your appointment, open the app and select your appointment.
You may be asked to allow access to your camera and microphone. Please allow these permissions so your clinician can see and hear you during the appointment.
What should I check before my appointment?
Before joining your appointment, make sure:
- Your phone is charged
- You have a stable internet connection
- You are in a quiet, private space
- Camera and microphone permissions are enabled for the Kantoko app
How do I enable camera and microphone permissions?
On iPhone, go to Settings > Kantoko and turn on camera and microphone access.
On Android, go to Settings > Apps > Kantoko > Permissions and allow camera and microphone access.
What should I do if something is not working?
If you cannot see your appointment, cannot join, or your video/audio is not working, please try the following:
- Check your internet connection.
- Close and reopen the Kantoko app.
- Check that camera and microphone permissions are enabled.
As a last resort, you can join your appointment using your mobile browser or from a desktop computer instead.
